The main distinction between our box tester and our regular products lies in the packaging. Our box tester offerings are packaged without the original retail box, which is why they are priced lower. On the other hand, our regular products are sold with their original packaging, however may be defected. Our return policy at Soir is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Within a 48-hour window from the time of product receipt, we kindly request our customers to record an unboxing video as evidence. We will promptly exchange the damaged product with an identical one. If, by any chance, the product is out of stock for a replacement, we will initiate a refund under the “Broken on Arrival” policy, provided it falls within this 48-hour period.
